Craigslist ad Genius not working

Has anybody tried using Craigslist ad Genius to market anything under the Real Estate section of CL?

I was looking to purchase a copy but heard rumors that it doesn't work in the real estate section.

And thank goodness for that. There's enough crap on CL already without the real estate spammers. Kudos to the CL staff for enforcing their TOS.
