They over pay, and when the bubble pops again, they will become motivated sellers. 

That model is more of a traditional agent split model, with supporting broker services that are designed specifically for property management.  

The reason there is so much ambiguity is that there is not a single source package that is designed to handle BOTH property management and bookkeeping well....there are systems that handle each one very well but not both (until you get into the larger apartment management packages like Yardi).  

install the correct two prong  outlets your system was designed for or 2. add gfci protection and label the outlets as such. 

Are you trying to cover something up or is it strictly a design idea.

Shower walls is longer, think it took me about 2 days but I was slow and wanted anything perfect, also depending on tile size and design.
