Could I go buy a whole city block in a war zone in Detroit?

It's kind of painful but we all have to learn it somehow.  

I knew back in 2012 that my taxes were getting complicated but I didnt know where to get tax help I mean I went to HR Block but the lady there seemed to know less than me about business taxes and was talking about $2000 and up.

I have a portfolio across all the wards of Newark, and its literally block by block for the majority of the city.

He's such a pain anyways, I really don't want to do it wrong.Thanks much!

I used my spare time to study the many different ways to invest, from publicly-traded securities to direct real estate to private equity (angel investing).One of the opportunities I discovered was real estate investment trusts through Ralph Block's Investing in REITs book and the National Association of REITs site.

Totally agree that they are testing I have been firm and they have started to back off totally going to "train" them first it's a pain in the butt and more lost cash if I go through eviction 

But really - everything you do when changing the fan is going to be a pain and will feel wrong.

Stair railings are a pain in the butt to paint and will add to the costs.When putting in flooring you now got stairs to deal with.

But it is a bit painful to pull out the funds and pay the tax, but it is likely a good decision.Sorry for the rambling...Regards,Charles LeMaire
