Any expiereced handy men or women who would like to give me a class on replacing ceiling fans and light fixtures? Doing a make ready on one of my vacant units and trying to keep cost down anyway possible. I will be the first to admit just how handy I’m NOT lol But I pay attention and learn pretty fast.
