I've been lurking bigger pockets for about 6 months.

I don't know about Raleigh  I do it in Portland Oregon market .I looked at some bigger plats in Charleston area.. and determined I would get killed trying to compete with DR and Lennar.. so we stick to infill where they don't play..In Oregon I have been fortunate..

Whichever brokerage you choose, be sure to get connected with some of the bigger Title companies.

If you listen to the BP podcast, you’ll hear that a lot of smaller banks work better with REI than the bigger nationally names one

Do people mostly rely on appreciation and flipping to build up to bigger properties? 

I found bigger pockets from my friend who told me it was a great tool for real estate stuff.

If a book is on the top Amazon, audible, or bigger pockets list it is probably on my radar. 

The bigger question now becomes, when to hire a home inspector?
