State specific real estate information (Idaho)

Hi there everyone. I've been lurking bigger pockets for about 6 months. I've learned a lot, but one thing that I continue to notice is that I haven't seen information on the specific market that I want to invest in, which is Idaho.

It's nice acquiring all kinds of information about real estate, but I have so many questions about my specific market. Like who do hire to ask about building code and regulations, opportunities for 1st time home buyers, etc. Can anyone point me in the direction of state specific information or who i can hire for this information? Thank you so much.
