Brand New To Real Estate from Huntington Beach, California

Hello my name is Kyerin Cubos. Im from Torrance, California but work in Huntington Beach. I am brand new to real estate and want to learn as much as I can. I am very interested in rental properties and flipping houses and just recently real estate notes. I am currently a personal trainer and have invested a lot of time perfecting my craft but know that in the future I want to be able to have freedom to build a family. So I wanted to start in real estate now so that I wont have to worry about finances later in life. I found bigger pockets from my friend who told me it was a great tool for real estate stuff. So I checked it out and listened to some podcasts and decided to dig deeper. Watched a webinar about the BRRRR strategy and knew that thats what I wanted to do so I joined and now am looking forward to learning and meeting people who have been doing this for a long time
