We are looking to add a management software with app ability to help automate.Any recommendations for good software options?

So if IRS audits you on this, does IRS require you to provide several months of HELOC statements, or require you to provide receipts to show how the HELOC fund is used towards this property?

The firm I recently left had audit/review clients in other states, some of those states required us to be licensed in their state.

Also, I'm starting a software corp for leverage my data mining skills and have been success in accessing public recorder of deeds data and am working on building a tool that will calculate ave/sq foot; tax assessed vs. sales; $/acre; etc per property type whether SFH or boating docks.
