How dare us attempting to collect unpaid rent. 

In the meantime, there's cross talk and perhaps attempts at communication that are going unheard by one party or the other or, as is actually more common, both.Or, as just  happened to me this week, a client reached out and asked for a status update and I said "I'm still waiting for X" and they said "I sent you X 2 months ago". 

This was my first attempt at real estate, I would do ALOT of things differently the next go around.

I reside in South Carolina am attempting to charge my former tenant a cleaning and repair fee 40 days after they have moved out and their lease have ended.

Just depends on the nature of the business you are attempting to stamp out.

Especially for an engineer who likes to take a long time to make decisions (husband) and an analytical person who wants to know exactly how to do everything perfectly before attempting (me).

I always take the time to talk to each of these leads or attempt to contact them in some way.My question is:  A lot of times we hear David and Brandon talk about providing value to someone, especially when networking or reaching out to agents, contractors, influencers and so on.
