Additional charges more than 30 days after tenant moved out
I reside in South Carolina am attempting to charge my former tenant a cleaning and repair fee 40 days after they have moved out and their lease have ended. I have yet to send them a bill to the forwarding address they provided. Is it legally possible for me to charge them this additional fee after keeping their security deposit, now that more than 30 days have passed since their lease ended?
