Shands hospital, VA hospital, University of Florida, North Florida hospital, Info Tech and Santa Fe College.

My plan is to work, as a real estate agent, through college and end up getting a bachelors degree with a major in real estate from my local university.

Although, there are certain pockets below locust st that are ideal locations for renters due to having Palmer College in the center of town, (the 1st Chiropractic school ever created in the United States) along with another 4 year university less than a half mile away.

If the contractor does not have the accreditation I mentioned above, you may want to consider having the contractors get it so that you can be confident in their knowledge and understanding of the 203k. 

If you cannot qualify as an accredited investor, you should question if you are prepared for the risks and limitations.
