Hello, I am Ryan Kelley, a real estate agent in Boulder, CO. I have listened to a couple dozen of the Bigger Pockets podcasts and interested in learning more and forming relationships. This is my first post. What should I do next?

Welcome to the site @Ryan Kelley! Pleasure to meet you

In terms of your next steps, it all depends on your goals. If you think you have enough knowledge to make the right moves, maybe analyzing deals and properties is next up for you. If you might not quite be there yet, continuing to educate yourself might be important. Listening to the BP podcasts (all of them, Money, Business, and even RE Rookie), reading blog posts and books, attend the webinars, etc. - anything to make REI second-nature for you. It may also be networking, whether on here or with other local investors/agents, which you have just started. I'd be happy to connect to help out more where I can.

You're on the right track though, so keep going strong and continue improving! Best of luck to you going forward
