I spoke with a rep from my rental property  homeowner insurance in AR (Safeco) to get a quote for a personal umbrella policy. 

We recommend one million dollars of business liability coverage and another business liability umbrella of the same amount.For true asset protection proper insurance is the best answer. 

Umbrella policies are even better.

We fell in love with the area and our kids enjoyed it so much being outdoors and making new friends.

I am in Longmont, and thinking about setting up an outdoor meetup in one of our larger parks when the weather warms up.Best advice I can give you is to read everything you can possibly read here on BP.
