That's what I need to do next I suppose...and if rate are likely to keep dropping perhaps I'll wait a bit any kind of refi on the PA SFRs for a little. 

Having said that, IF the proration Of rents was specified in the purchase contract as it should have been, the title company is supposed to follow the terms of the contract.....the buyer is obligated to refund to “correct mistakes” in every situation.
