You are still able to submit offers, but only for backup purposes. 

You typically sign a document stating you will occupy the property as your primary residence.

@HJ Wang When you say your Solo 401k is set up at Etrade, do you mean that Etrade provided the plan documents, or do you have a Solo 401k with a self-directed provider and the account at Etrade is simply an investment account for the self-directed plan?

The document also has a room by room general description of everything and a link to a google photo album with like 50+ pictures.

Ideally, this would be a simple Word document that either is sent out as is or is converted into a PDF or something similar.

I worked with a RE attorney who provided the boilerplate purchase and sell agreement and he also kept us on schedule with all other necessary documents that needed signatures via DocuSign. 

That is the only document I can think of that would leave you owing money to your buyer's agent.
