So much so, that they sell them in grocery stores for a reasonable amount.If the overall condition of the stove is acceptable and just the burners are faulty, perhaps you could find the model number of the stove and look up on the internet and see if the they are (EASILY) replaceable.If so, ask the owner if he would be willing to pay for them.I don't know if yours are replaceable or not, or if doing so is SAFE for a non-repairman, but you should look into that too.Here is how American stove burners get replaced.Good Luck!

Hello BP community, I am 20 years old and starting a fresh chapter in my life beginning with real estate.

We renovate a lot after the home inspection as a condition for me to buy the property, new roof, new floors, fresh new paint in some rooms, a lot of stuff.

Go to a hardware store and see what certain flooring will cost per square foot when fully installed. 

Then after I find a particular house, I’ll start to google the nearest pet store, target, costco, Whole Foods etc, I’ll look up local parks and go off the reviews on google maps.

And start again fresh.

Mine was a good friend and was my realtor however if I was starting fresh and didn't have that relationship already I would say look around at lots of brokers and ask lots of questions.

One big issue is material delivery, the big box stores are just not setup for it.
