@Jeff G. welcome to the website from another guy down here in southern AZ.In terms of finding properties, it all depends on where you will be investing, and the type of properties that you are looking to purchase.I recently read the book The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, and interestingly enough, most of the millionaires found the majority of their properties through networking, on the MLS, driving/walking, or in newspaper ads.
