Does anyone know if any does multifamily financing for less than 25% down? Thanks.

@Shane Blackshear I use Credit Union of Southern California. They have been great for me. Also, I also have gone through ALB Capital, located in the Pasadena area. If you need contact numbers let me know. They only do 5 units and above. Their interest is 3.3-3.7% with 1point charge... amortized for 30 yrs.

I have another lady that does 5-10% down, but interest is 8% and charge 2 points, amortized for 25 years.
