Also, the Australian dollar might not significantly go up against the US dollar anytime soon.It makes sense to invest internationally to avoid overpriced markets and this is what I'm doing.

However, on bigger pockets, there are internal tools I'll be considering once I get to that point.

If it was a property on its own account you could just turn the account over to them.We had a client just sell their property and the new owner elected to stay on our management, so that was easy as we essentially just changed our internal account to new owner and changed payment info, etc.
