What are some of the best deal management for acquisitions?

I've been analysing many deals every day along with a team of 2 members. It's getting difficult to keep track of things among the team members. I need a CRM tool that can help me achieve the following 4:-

1. Deal analysis,

2. Communication and Task Management among the team - Keeping everyone on the same page gets difficult with so many deals.

3. Tracking Due diligence progress - Some of the due diligence, particularly for foreclosures, is done by the team so I need to track progress of the same.

4. Multiple deals management

Are there any good CRM tools out there tailor made for deal analysis and tracking that can help? (Not Salesforce or Zoho or similar CRM tools that need to built, need something built specifically for this.)

Great question. I'm going to be facing this issue myself shortly, and I don't have a great answer yet. However, on bigger pockets, there are internal tools I'll be considering once I get to that point. One is here: https://inveloapp.com/ so you might want to look at that. Another great resource (which is free) is SCORE: http://www.score.org/find-ment... there are really great and highly experienced retired business owners (some of whom are or were in real estate or property management) and can help with challenges and questions like these.

For myself, I know I always appreciate having multiple advisers, mentors, and having a second/third opinion on things. I also like leveraging other folks' experience when and where I can and when it makes sense and applies to my market.

Hopefully my post helps, but if it doesn't, or you go a totally different way, I'd definitely like to hear what solution(s) you came/come up with.
