17 years old, want to know how I can prepare
I am 17 years old and in New Jersey starting to learn real estate. I've always wanted to have passive income and I already have a business and a stock portfolio. I have been looking into real estate and becoming a landlord seems intriguing. I obviously cannot buy a home yet, so I am wondering what I should do to prepare! I am currently listening to podcasts (Real Estate Rookie), watching YouTubers (Robert, Ken, Kris), reading books (Brandon Turner), and keeping up with current economic trends (China, Debt-Ceiling, Interest Rates). Any helpful advice is welcome!
