It's not a flat fee for me, but I probably have the most basic plan -- I think it's $8 for up to 200 pages/month, or something along those lines.

There is still some seasonal factors but there are enough draws to the area year round to keep the properties stable and renting well!

In the same boat here as I’m about to close on a home on Friday and would love some recommendations for someone to help me with this as well!

For example:  Will these be solely commercial (retail, office, etc) or will you be looking at residential multi-family as well? 

We do have a back up plan incase the assumption falls through as we are preapproved upto the amount of the home.
