Keep it in a safe place.

Would appreciate any input from others who are investing out of state or who have an idea as to what markets are safe but will still cash flow.  

The beauty of Westchester is that it's still "affordable" (according to LA standards) and it's pretty safe.

Checking licensing, looking their loans up, and maybe calling past borrowers listed on these documents, is another, and these are safe to do online.Same response if I'm wrong, and you're really flipping homes in the Mableton, GA area.

@Xai Xiong If you keep it to the fact (no additions, no interpretations) then you are safe.

So I'm getting a ruling on this to be safe and I recommend you call on this as well but I called the gov. and the guy said it can be 5% either way.. so even if it's 95% new you don't really need to worry.

It's the safe and smart play if your goal is to build long term wealth.

Obviously this is untested but why not take the safe route.

I know a good cash flowing property is hard to pass up.... but the market seems on the cusp of some volatility and it's keeping my sidelined, for now.The market seems to have been driven by free money and foreign dollars looking for a safe hiding place... cough cough China.
