Overall, this is a good way to turn a short-term tenancy into a long-term relationship that should keep you occupied for a good long time. ...AND they understand annual cost of living increases from a business standpoint not an emotional standpoint of a tenant!

With that said, I have been involved in commercial construction and property management for a considerable amount of time (decades), so I have a lot of background knowledge to rely on.With residential, things are pretty simple since it is much more of an emotional buy in many cases.
