Are their listings detailed with good quality photos?

I manage several properties where we have the tenants take a photo of the meter each month, showing the reading, so that we can then bill them appropriately by subtracting their usage from the main meter.

If you do not have experience then I would contact local contractors/investors and ask if they can share before/after photos, estimated price, and what the price was in the end.

Maybe consider getting it staged, taking photos, and showing it staged, so potentials can picture it in their minds?

Ask them what their estimated cost was, before/after photos, and what the end price was for everything to be done.
