Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

What are some pitfalls  I'm not thinking of that I should consider? 

 I think newer, less established, and daisy chain Wholesalers often don't consider the needs of the end buyer (investor) when underwriting properties.

If they had simply made the request when they first froze (then cancelled) the account, I would have stuck with them.I have no way to convey my credentials - I’ll just say that I have a very solid banking presence and there is nothing about me or my LLCs that would make another potential customer think that this same thing won’t happen to them.

My partner is skeptical of using key cards (which I think would be the easiest/best route) as he thinks they have too much potential to be demagnetized and cause us a lot of work. 

When I hear "affordable" I always think, undesirable since price is always based on supply and demand.

@Zhihan Wan What sort of lease language do you think places responsibility on the tenant?

As Nicholas said, contact as many as you can yourself and test out who you think are the best.

Hey @Kayla Dunning, so I think the issue is that there are 2 residences there, not one.

Did you think you would call a list of people behind on their payments and they all would thank you and turn over their deed on the phone?
