Sounds pretty cool, but if you are looking for a similiar tool for SFH try www.pellego.com they just recently pivoted to be a brokerage, but their technology platform is free to use and find great on and off market rehab deals.

Its amazing how many contractors and people can't adopt online payment technology. 

That's the nature of the world.30 years ago you probably would have been pretty sure that Playboy magazine and landline telephones would be relevant in 30 years.  20 years ago, you probably would have been pretty sure that physical maps would be relevant in 20 years.  10 years ago, you probably would have been pretty sure that DVD technology would have been relevant in 10 years.Things can change quickly, and if you only want to pursue ideas that will be relevant for 20-30 years, you're likely going to be disappointed.

At this point, he hung up on me,  and sent me a poorly worded, very threatening email (which I actually printed and keep on the wall by my desk for laughs) instructing me to get "better at lying", "get a lot of fake email addresses" and "I'll never last in this game". 

Paying cash does not increase cash flow, once you account for a return on the equity lying dead in the property your cash flow is closer to it being 100% financed.

Be advised, many more will lie so get used to it now.
