CityBldr.com is a cutting edge, high tech, data driven website to help developers find the best properties in Seattle, King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties. And the goal is to really change the landscape of the Puget Sound with the way developers acquire land per zoned area, current property condition, and bidding. If I were a developer looking for property, I would use this site in a heartbeat. I heard of this when the CEO was developing everyhome.co (more SFR minded) and has now shifted focus to developers. I'm just a hobby real estate investor with SFR, but I think what this team is providing to the Seattle area is super cool.
Has anyone looked at this site or used it, or have any experience with it? I'm just looking for feedback and wanted to share the website if it could help out some local investors. I have no affiliation with this business.
