Logically the two best lists areFSBOersExpiredThe other reality is these lists have four things in common.1) they want to sell2) they're mined extensively by real estate agents3) they're typically over priced or they would sell4) they're not large enough lists to sustain a business model alone.

If you're wanting to mention within the marketing piece that you specialize in helping people who are this type or that type fine however I wouldn't directly go after the small groups. for two reasons. 1 - they're not large enough to sustain a business model and 2 - I don't want all of my eggs in one basket.
