Hand Written Direct Mail Vs. Typed Direct Mail

Im sending out hand written direct mail letters to sheriff sale leads and probate leads. My hand writing is decent and I've made sure to use a letterhead template to make it look personal but professional. I've sent out about 20 hand written letters in the last 3 days, writing as much as I can after work for as long as I can keep my eyes open. Im wondering if there is a better way. If I just use a general template typed up does it boost my professinalism and productivity? Then what seperates me from the other letters being sent by other investors. Does it even matter? Am I over thinking it? On top of that I just listen to the BP Podacst show #255 and Elliot Smith was talking about sending 6000 pieces of mail a month! Like how? Looking for some guidance in this matter. Thanks BP.

RE: Estate of Person

Dear Gail,

My name is ______________, and I help people in situations like yours all the time. I buy real estate in the __________ area, and I’m currently looking for more investment properties. If you are interested in selling __________, please give me a call. I will be happy to speak to you anytime.

I can pay all cash and close quickly to help save you thousands in taxes, mortgage payments and commissions on the property. I also buy “As-Is” so there will be no need for you to do repairs or fix-up to the property.

Please call me today at ___________. If I don’t pick up, please leave me a message about your property and I will call you back as soon as possible.

Thank you for your time.
