This app struggles.

We struggled for three months to find my "perfect home" but finally found two deals, unexpectedly!!

Funny how people either forget or ignore due to money being involved, that you're probably going to struggle or at least hit road bumps along the way, especially when you get started, and that is something you have to be willing to sign up for.

But I would be surprised if this property wouldn't come with some struggles along the way.  

Trying hard to get momentum to be able to take care of struggling parents while also establishing separate lives of our own.I'm currently reading through one of the books from bigger pockets already.But would love any additional strategy / idea's / advice etc <3-----------------------------

I've seen a 1000 sf house 3/1.5 rehabbed well sell for $245k in weeks while a poorly (but not cheaply) rehabbed house 3/1 but 300 sf bigger with twice the land, half a block down the street, struggle for months to get its list price of $230k.

Currently I am struggling to find anything worth investing in.

What I'm struggling with in my mind is purchasing something before I move home or just increasing my savings over the next 15 months. 

My struggles have been the sheer magnitude of this project.   

There are going to be two types of investors that struggle to incorporate appreciation in the equation (1) those that simply struggle with understanding the math and (2) those that have a hard time predicting the market.FYI...I am primarily a value add investor...and also purchase both cash flow and appreciation plays.
