Guidance & advice would be greatly appreciated!

------

Quick Facts / upfront info:

3 adult siblings looking to invest.

Ages 29, 25 & 20.

Full time jobs.

Excellent credit scores ranging between 710-750

Gross income together of about $120,000/yr.

$22,300 in savings together.

$42,291 in CC debt together.

$126,950 total credit lines

$83,659 total avail credit in CC's

Total monthly expenses: $3,930 ~ (not counting food or misc.)

-----------------------------

Contemplating putting the $22k of savings into paying down our debt OR trying our hand in a property?

What would YOU do? if this was your scenario?

Any help / advice would be appreciated.

We are newbies to real estate investing. Trying hard to get momentum to be able to take care of struggling parents while also establishing separate lives of our own.

I'm currently reading through one of the books from bigger pockets already.

But would love any additional strategy / idea's / advice etc <3
