Just as a heads up though in case you decide to pursue if it falls out of contract the unit mix is as follows: 3 BR 2-floor apartment in the front of the house, 1-br unit in the back lower floor, 1-br unit back upper floor.

@Corey Stevens Without knowing your market at all, if it is an area that people actually want to live (as opposed to being forced to live in) if the rent payments are covering your mortgage payment when purchasing a triplex then I think you are ahead of the game.
