She never responded to the original summons for eviction, and we won by default, so she will not be getting it back.In FL, a landlord has 30 days to respond to the tenant with a list if itemized deductions from the security deposit; the tenant then has 15 days to respond to that.

One question: if the buyer is using downpayment assistance or a VA loan, how do you get additional earnest money to be used toward downpayment (in the situation where the buyer asks for an extension and you respond by asking for additional earnest money)?
