For the 2019 renovation funds, can I take regular depreciation (straight line over 27.5 years) on my 2019 tax return and then accelerate the depreciation schedule once the cost seg is done for my 2020 tax return?

Funny enough the big stores have their regular flyers out, so toilet paper is on sale at one store this week...assuming they have it in stock. 

Idk about you but our cancellations have been insane and with Airbnb issuing full refunds it’s not been pretty.Especially the ones that will book Friday, sat, Sunday and then cancel 1 hour before they are supposed to arrive.Or even the ones that never cancel and then the next day after they were supposed to arrive reach out to you and ask to cancelhas been a real eye opener the amount of people that don’t care how it affects owners or hosts when they block your schedules up and then don’t show up and get full refunds.good luck with your first one!
