Most sellers i buy from using a lease option strategy are not in financial trouble at all - usually their motivation stems from having an extra house that hasn't sold or they are a burned out landlord.

Maybe it stemmed from the buying and selling senate seats!!!

It is a good software for buy and hold investors, and you can share the platform to your partner.
