Real Estate License In Ga. Good idea?

Working on my real estate license using Real Estate Express.com I am new to Georgia specifically living in Atlanta and looking to really learn the market and leverage my existing client base from my financial planning practice in addition to Youtube and social media to market. We’ve had folks ask via our YouTube how the relocation to Atlanta has been so we want to leverage our audience and help them find homes.

What are you guys thoughts and if there are any suggestions as we head into the new year and Beyond as far as the Atlanta real estate market and how best to attack it as a newbie. Thank you in advance

@Marvin O. Hey Marvin, most of the successful agents I know have built a powerful referral network from their personal sphere. Your business is your database. Track everyone you know in a CRM and create a plan to systematically provide value and stay top of mind as an agent. Provide exceptional customer service to your clients and ask for referrals. The Millionaire Real Estate Agent really is the best blueprint for success in my opinion. Best of luck to you.
