A couple of coworkers and I are starting an LLC and looking to buy locations open a business does anyone have any good pointers tips and suggestions on opening a bar in the New York Bronx area as well as any realtors that would be a good fit as well lenders thank you

@Khalid A. Chandler you are asking about how to open one of the hardest business to run with one of the highest failure rates in one of the most expensive real estate markets in the country. I assume you don’t know much about running a bar / restaurant. If I were in your position I would either not open a bar in NYC, or try to find a successful career operator in the hospitality industry to partner with.
