I was warmly welcomed into the community with positive and encouraging responses, which I thought was awesome.Many recommendations were given, and I'm building a solid foundation by educating myself.

To help educate the public about the dangers of unlicensed activity, be proactive and encourage your clients to verify your real estate license.

I encourage you to give back as well and answer a post or two when you have time.

But if you look at the long-term ROI rather than short-term ROI... ... the extra leads our system converts from your traffic vs. a wix or weebly website (because we're constantly testing and tweaking on the traffic on our customers sites to find ways to improve results)... the time saved because of our platform and our support, and the training and support we give on helping our members drive more traffic and convert more leads... the ROI on a system like InvestorCarrot or LP vs. a wix site isn't even close.

@Nicholas Lee It depends on what your desire for direct involvement, risk tolerance, and time is, but I encourage buy and hold of cash flow properties as at least part of your long term strategy.  

BP was the best thing that I've come across as it compiles so much info in one place and gives like-minded individuals a platform to interact.
