My passion is working with investors, but truly just working with people and helping them achieve their real estate goals would best describe where I enjoy spending my time, whether it’s helping you with the purchase of a new home, looking for the right rental property investment for your portfolio, or finding a suitable commercial building for investment or your business.

Find what you are passionate about in your niche and go after it, and then keep going.  

Although I haven't ruled out stocks and bonds, real estate is where my real passion lies at right now.In returning, I've been researching wholesaling rather than returning to note investing.

Guess it's the consumer versus investor mentality.You and me - we're a band of brothers in the rental property business but have the wisdom and passion to realize that financial freedom can come long before anyone else thinks is possible.My personal favorite.

Consider finding your passion and focus there - maybe a better strategy then doing everything is to focus on what you like best,  If you are good with your hands and risk tolerant, maybe flips are your thing. 

They swear it's not a MLM and get really passionate about their BBB rating, how their schooling is better then BP (they actually say that!)

I have always been passionate about investing in multi-family apartment buildings, and this year my wife and I bought our first 4 plex.

@Ralph R. thanks for the feedback and I can tell you are passionate about it, your portfolio is impressive and I have not doubt that you are a kick a$& investor... but if you are hiring PM companies to manage your properties and you are 3000 mi. away you need to understand that what you have is not property management experience at all - I understand that as investors we all like to play doctor or lawyer from time to time but when it comes time to do things right, theories and hearsay go right out the window. 

For myself Realestate is one of my passions.
