We used the LLC to purchase the vast majority of the materials and supplies for the rehab.We did also use a Home Depot credit card in our personal names for some of the materials and supplies.When house sold, it was sold under our personal names, and the check from title company first deposited to our personal checking account, then transferred over to LLC account.

In the mean time learn how to write a good resume and fill it up with as much industry related material as possible because that's all you have and it does say something.

I'm looking for a video intercom/door entry system for a 4 family that in ,addition to the obvious doorbell function, will allow them to buzz package deliveries into the common area from anywhere using their phone.

As you gauge their interest and amount of capital they might want to invest, put together a sample deal package and walk them through it.This will give you the opportunity to walk them through a hypothetical deal that looks similar to the type of deal you're looking for.

I have a question about this - could a landlord simply require the prospective tenant to produce the credit report him- or herself as part of an application package? 

If so, what activities did you document to prove that you materially participated in active managememt?

To speak from experience... to be honest with you a general neighborhood of price for a full rehab is $75/sq ft. depending on materials it could go up or down from there.

Using materials with a higher density than water, composites, metal, plastics etc. etc. you can either do something and hope it floats, or you can find the necessary equations and figure out first the weight of it all, cross reference that with the water displacement weight, and calculate FIRST whether the boat will float or not.Everyone that does DMM is basically building boats this first method.EVERYONE that does DMM is  shoots arrows in the dark, and HOPE some will stick.
