We have taken a few hopefully temporary steps to minimize losses...reducing prices across all properties by 20%, changed to flexible cancellation (Airbnb is forcing this anyways...), increased weekly and monthly discounts, and we are marketing our properties for monthly stays on Craigslist, Furnished Finder, Facebook, etc.
