I always tell contractors, it's common courtesy to knock on the door and explain why you are there.

I just recently obtained my real estate license in Michigan and I was looking for some recommendations for a good broker.

I am a licensed real estate agent so I can pull sales and rent CMAs from MLS but not very sure of others. 

I'm humbly requesting input regarding your experiences finding and hiring rockstar property managers, contractors, agents, and lenders.  

Should I get a realestate license before becoming a potential landlord?

Hi, as the title says I'm newly licensed here in the Metropolitan Detroit area(Michigan).

and they have an education model were they look for bird dogs to become commerical brokers working with them its nice they disclose the costs.. up to 30k it looks like.. some of the loan products in some of the states require NMLS  not sure if they are licensed did not see that on their site. 

I just got my realtors license.

@Bo GoebelIf you have everything in line (meaning the construction budget, the contractor that's approved, the inspectors etc...) not to mention the regular loan papers,you should be able to close that 203K in 30-45 days.
