Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Tucson.

Purchase price: $217,000
Cash invested: $15,000

This is my home that was purchased new in 2004. I now work in
Dubai as a contractor and my home has been rented since 2008.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I needed to get in to home ownership

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

New construction in a good area of Tucson. Not much negotiating at that time.

How did you finance this deal?

VA loan.
