I have found a couple of good ones on Craigslist and by actually finding them working on jobs.

In Newport Beach, we're better off targeting millennials with good jobs because they typically are too busy working, still saving for a home and are thankful to have a nice place to live.

So make sure you share these things so the agent can do their best job to support you.Second - and every market is completely different - but in ours, cash is strong since it's not common around here.
