How do agents market upcoming open houses for their properties other than posting to Instagram and setting the open house times on the MLS?

I am going to spend some time looking at what exactly I want/need automated and then circle back on this. 

As a long-time high-level Rentlinx.com user, the journey since Rentlinx.com removed its marketing offering roll it into AppFolio has been an absolute nightmare!

The items listed sound like they were going to have to be fixed anyway,so the $$$ is what it is.... but the timing sucks
