You cannot make someone follow your rules or prevent an inexperienced person from being harmed using your equipment.Rafts and kayaks are great amenities, but if someone gets hurt using them you might be liable for "enabling dangerous activity." 

As a QI for one of those options I gotta say I love someone who knows just enough about 1031 to be dangerous when they send a potential client to me.
