@Justin CabralI go to Miami about once a month across Alligator Alley and haven't had any issues other then the occasional slow down due to the widening they're doing on parts of it.

My job allows me to work a "normal day" of 7a-330p which allows some extra time each day to be able to work on projects ( if I had any, still working on #1 ) and the occasional layoff I go through at the end of jobs, which is nice to catch up on stuff I couldn't when working.

I guess you put up with a lot of pitches & hype for the occasional nugget of wisdom that you glean.

You will do deals between 3k-5k in general and 10k and 15k often enough and occasional higher ..if you are lucky.

Though we still occasionally use that verbiage, we've been getting a better response with other approaches depending on the situation.

The key words are, if done properly.I do BPOs all the time and most times there is enough local data available to comp things out pretty well, occasionally you get an odd ball area or house that can throw things off.
