Real Estate Guru Emails: How Many Do You Get?

I asked this on our BiggerPockets Facebook page and have been getting some troubling responses. I thought it important to take it home to the forums to get all of your feedback. So . . .

How many real estate "guru" emails do you get per week?
(please include emails from affiliates of gurus as well)

Matthew - If they are sending you emails without an unsubscribe option, they are violating the CAN-SPAM ACT. The fines for doing this can be very high.

You can forward any kind of deceptive emails to [email protected] OR you can fill out a complaint form about these spam emails at:

If your opt-out requests are ignored, this is also grounds for a complaint.
