Any STR investors who have gone through a pool / hot tub installation, would you mind sharing your experience? 

While the BRRRR strategy is effective, it requires experience in renovation, property management and market analysis.

I have no experience with midterm rental but would like to know more about it.

I would find an investor friendly Realtor locally that is also an investor themselves or local to the area you want to invest.They will have experience and connections to help you find and evaluate investment properties.I would ask the investor friendly Realtor for a property manager referral as the property manager will be an important member of your investing team.

I'm eager to hear about any unconventional methods or creative approaches that could enable me to invest in real estate despite my limitations.Additionally, I'm working on expanding my skill set by taking online courses in game development and gaining experience in website design and app development.

Searching and examining title requires knowledge & experience.

I think being in property management and maintenance my experience keeps me at bay for about 99% of properties I review....
